To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 4 days in advance. Customers will forfeit all payments and/or deposits if cancelled less than 4 days from appointment date or 'no show'. Please be ON-TIME! Customers 10 minutes late or greater in-school and 20 minutes in-studio will be considered 'No Show.' (At our discretion, a partial credit [may] be issued if appointment is rescheduled within 7 days) No refunds will be given after photos are taken.
