The Picture Process

  • 1. Package is selected and paid for online before picture day.

  • 2. On picture day, all students will be photographed in Dress Clothes and Cap and Gowns.  You will have a minimum of 4 - 8   poses to choose from for your package. Photos will be full body photos from head to toe.

  • 3. You will receive a digital proof copy via email of the photos taken 2-3 weeks after picture day.  This is when you will select your poses and backgrounds. (Proofs will be emailed.)

  • 4. You will have 2 weeks  to submit your order online with your background and pose selections.

  • 5. Finished photos will be delivered to the school.  Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery.

FAQ

DO I HAVE TO TAKE MY PHOTOS ON THESE DATES?

These dates are set up at your school for convenience and to ensure that your photo is included in the Yeabook.  If you choose not to take your photo at school you must make an appointment at our studio.  There is a $20 sitting fee for all studio appointments.

DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE A PACKAGE TO TAKE PHOTOS.

You are not obligated to purchase a package in order to be photographed for the yearbook.  If you choose "Yearbook Only" you will only take the necessary photos for the yearbook.  You may order photos at a later date but will be using our studio pricing and not the discounted "School Pricing" available when per-selecting your photo package.

These prices can be up to 50% higher depending upon your request.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T LIKE MY PHOTOS?

We take extreme care and effort, using our professional abilities to capture your graduation portraits.  We are confidant that if you are "Ready" on picture day, your photos will be beautiful.  If for some reason, you would like to have your photos retaken, you can schedule an appointment at our studio.  These is a standard sitting fee of $20 for all studio session that would apply to your retakes.
